We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on ANY of our products for hygienic reasons. We sell cosmetics, and due to hygienic reasons, once an item leaves our facility, it can not be returned.
All sales are FINAL.
Scoops/Winnings Damage in Transit
Any scoops purchased, or winnings from scoops that are damaged in transit can not be issued replacements due to the unpredictable stock and limited quantities. If the entire order is proven to be unusable, we will provide either a refund or gift card for the total cost of the scoop. If partial items are damaged, we will issue a gift card or discount code with a value equal or lesser than the original price paid by the customer. If partial damage is proven and a gift card or discount code is issued, the value will ultimately be determined by the managing customer service representative.

Promotions and Discounts:
All promotional or discount codes must be entered at time of purchase. We are unable to honour a discount code after the expiration date of the code, or coupon. It is the customer's sole responsibility to enter their promotional codes at time of checkout. Please ensure that you enter your discount code properly, as we are unable to apply the credit after the purchase is completed. Promo codes and discounts do not apply to collections, kits, bundles, limited edition products.
Tickled Pinque Cosmetics provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that youaccept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.
