Q • Where do you ship?
A • We proudly ship to all of the USA and Canada.
Q • What is your turnaround time for processing?
A • For our made-to-order custom made products, we ask for 3-5 business days as each item is hand crafted and takes time to create exactly what our customer is after. For our in stock products, we ask for 1-3 day processing time.
Q • How long does shipping take?
A • Shipping can take anywhere between 1 day to 21 business days to receive your order depending on where you're located. The average shipping time for within the United States is between 1 and 5 business days. For Canada orders, you can expect to receive your item between 5 and 21 business days, although beyond our control, customs may cause delay and prolong this time frame. You may select express shipping options during check out to ensure your package gets to you in the time frame you would like.
Q • How does Local Delivery work?
A • Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we will bring your order to your doorstep in our very own PINQUE car. We offer contactless local delivery in Lee County on Tuesday-Saturday. Orders placed after 2 pm, or on weekends, will be processed next business day.
Q • What happens if my item arrives damaged?
A • Please notify us at hello@tickledpinque.com within 20 days of your purchase, provide your order number, a picture of your packing slip, and a picture of the defected box, and item. Please make sure you do NOT throw away the packaging, as we need photos of this as well. Tickled Pinque wilI examine the product for defects prior to providing a replacement product or product credit. Shipping charges will only be paid by Tickled Pinque if the product is determined by Tickled Pinque
Q • What happens if my box was stolen or lost?
A • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the shipping service selected.
Tickled Pinque Cosmetics is not responsible for taxes and tariffs for international orders
