We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, as all products are made-to-order. Once an item leaves our facility, it can not be returned or exchanged. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order at hello@tickledpinque.com. Please take photos of both the box / bubble mailer, both outside and inside content. You will need to keep the box / mailer, its content, and the invoice/packing slip as evidence. Please contact us at hello@tickledpinque.com and send us your photos along with a description of the incident, and we will make a claim with the shipping service provider.

Please note we are in the office Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. Should you not receive a response right away, please wait until the next business day.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.
