What’s Required to Submit a Claim:

To help us process your request, please have the following ready before completing the form:

1. Device Serial Number: Located on the bottom sticker of your unit or device packaging.
2. Proof of Purchase: An order number, confirmation receipt or invoice.
3. Demonstration Video: A short, clear video (under 60 seconds) showing the unit connected to its original power source and demonstrating the failure/malfunction.

Please Note: Tickled Pinque reserves the right to request additional photo or video troubleshooting steps with our support team prior to approving any warranty repair or replacement.

What Is Not Covered (Exclusions):

Our limited manufacturer warranty covers internal manufacturing and hardware defects. It strictly does not cover:

• Accidental Damage & Drops: Cracks, dents, broken casings, or internal impact damage from drops or knocks.
• Liquid & Product Intrusion: Damage resulting from water, monomer, alcohol, acetone, or builder/color gel seeping inside the unit.
• Improper Cleaning: Use of harsh chemicals, submersion, or abrasive solvents not recommended for electrical nail equipment.
• Incompatible Chargers & Power Supplies: Damage, shorts, or battery burnout caused by using aftermarket charging bricks, cords, or incorrect voltage power adapters (always use the original Tickled Pinque charging unit!).
• Unauthorized Modifications & Repairs: Units that have been opened, tampered with, altered, or repaired by a third party.
• Abuse Outside Intended Use: Misuse, commercial abuse beyond recommended operating parameters, or improper storage.
• Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Surface scratches, fading, stains, or discoloration caused by regular use, acetone exposure, or sunlight.
• Normal Battery Degradation: Standard reduction in lithium-ion battery capacity over time due to regular charge/discharge cycles.
